THE One has been officially recognised as the fifth best workplace for women in the GCC by leading global workplace culture authority Great Place to Work® Middle East. Taking place for the first time in the region, Great Place to Work® awarded forty organisations in the GCC during an Instagram live event.
2020 is filled with prizes for THE One. Earlier this year and for the tenth time, the furniture retail brand of the Al Mazroui Group was recognised by Great Place to Work® (GPTW) as one of the best workplaces in the UAE and Asia’s second best workplace in the small and medium companies category. THE One also won second place on the GCC's Best Workplaces for Millennials list and seventh place on the Middle East Best Workplaces List.
For the first time in the region, GPTW awarded GCC’s forty best workplaces during an Instagram Live event. If all GPTW-certified organisations were considered for the list, the awarded entities were selected by focusing on the Trust Index© survey averages rated by female employees, while taking into consideration the female ratio in each organisation along with fair treatment, regardless of gender.

'Employees told us how they felt about sixty different aspects of their workplace culture, including credibility, respect, pride and camaraderie. Among these, measurements of fairness and equity revealed the biggest gaps between womens’ and mens’ workplace experience.
