A Fourth Award for THE One in 2020!
THE One is very happy to be awarded the seventh place on Middle East's Best Workplaces for 2020 by Great Place to Work® Middle East Institute. THE One's fourth award this year!
Earlier this year and for the tenth time, THE One, furniture retail brand of Al Mazroui Group, was recognised as one of the best places to work in the UAE. This local ranking followed close behind the company being named 2020 Asia’s 2nd Best Workplace in the Small and Medium Companies category. Moreover, last June, the furniture retail brand received a third award: second place on GCC's Best Workplaces for Millennials list.
Taking place for the first time in the region, Great Place to Work® (GPTW) awarded fifty organisations during an Instagram Live event. Given the current situation, the physical event is postponed to December where GPTW Middle East plans to have a regional summit.
All certified organisations were considered for the list, but the 50 Best Workplaces were filtered by focusing on the Trust Index© survey averages, the number of Middle Eastern countries where the organisation is certified, and the number of local employees for each and every country of operation that is certified.
