Vincenzi syrups are prepared from first-quality refined sugar, flavoured with natural aromas and, in the case of fruit syrups, with natural juices. These delicious and alcohol-free syrups are made available in the UAE thanks to Shura Trading, a member of the Al Mazroui Group.Natural Syrups Since 1930 For decades, Vincenzi has focused on quality, only using premium ingredients, natural flavourings and colourings. The brand’s syrups do not contain glucose but only first-quality natural sugar.
Since its inception in 1930, Vincenzi has been one of the most famous companies producing and selling syrups, toppings, organic fruit juices and fruit purées in the Italian trade scenery.
Preserving their traditional manufacturing methods and keeping their raw materials unchanged for 90 years, the brand was able to grow fast both in trade and in developing new products.
Four Generations of Authentic Made in ItalyIn 1930, Ferdinando Vincenzi founded the Vincenzi Distilleries in Turin (Italy). In 1946, just after World War II, Ferdinand's sons, Vittorio and Renato, took over the distilleries and continued their father’s work. In 1970, Dario, Vittorio's son joined the company and improved the family's products, making them
both gluten free and dairy free. An organic range was also developed.
Today, the distilleries are still managed by the Vincenzi family: Dario and his two sons, Andrea and Luca.
The Vincenzi products are present in more than 32 countries. In the UAE, the brand's syrups are exclusively distributed by
Shura Trading & Hotel Supplies, a company of the Al Mazroui Group.
An Alcohol-Free RangeVincenzi offers a whole range of natural syrups which are free of alcohol. Indeed, instead of using alcohol when melting flavours, the Italian company uses glycol. On top of the classic syrup flavours such as vanilla, caramel or hazelnut, Vincenzi also produces
orzata (orgeat syrup) and
latte di mandorla (almond milk), two typical Italian products whose names and recipes are ruled by Italian law.
Another iconic Vincenzi syrup is ‘Peppermint from Piedmont’ which is widely known as the best mint syrup in the market. And to give these syrups the most elegant containers, the illustrations of the bottles’ stickers are watercolours developed by Italian artist Barbara Fantaguzzi.
Vincenzi syrups are ideal for mocktails, ice creams and to add a sweet touch to coffee or tea. Here’s an idea of how to use a Vincenzi syrup for a flavoursome
iced vanilla cappuccino. In a large glass:
- Mix 1 cup of espresso coffee
- With 1.5 cl of milk
- And 2 cl of Vincenzi vanilla syrup.
- Before serving, add 6 to 8 ices cube of coffee (espresso or mocha).
Delizioso!
