With latest update by IATA most of countries are going to open their borders for international visitors with no restrictions globally while a negative COVID test result would be required within 48 to 72 hours prior departure , subject health and safety standards.

UAE nationals must register in the Al Hosn service prior to travel and comply with the preventive measures at the UAE airports as well as at the airports of the destination also expats required to check the requirements of the country they are travelling to.
