Should. Would. Could. Did.

It’s not anymore only about location when you want to make a change and shift your things to another place to live; it’s about joining and melting in a new community. “We become human only in the company of other human beings. And this involves both opening our hearts and giving voice to our deepest convictions… When we shrink from the world, our souls shrink too” (Paul Rogart Loeb).
In a world of concepts like smart cities and buildings, access to trending means of networking is essential, whether they are provided by the environmental development alone or you choose to surround yourself by innovative ever-changing gadgets which will ease your life (or not!?). Could this be the way of modern living? Or now more than ever interaction with your fellows would help you stay human?
Divergent disputes on this are common between generations so, well, depends which one of them you would ask this question, even though their circles of interest sometimes very well intertwine.
The Millennials have been treading on air since a new airline dedicated to them only was launched, since however they are living an important part of their lives through being wired to tech.
On the other hand, Xs and why not the baby boomers do not let it down and keep up with their younger fellows in tech and more while working or enjoying daily life.
One way or another, the truth is somehow in the middle. At the end of the day the final scope is to be connected with your companions, through tech or not. To belong to a community.
Dedication to a passion, trusting and treating others with honesty and respect, working hard and standing for creativity and innovation, belief in the concept of community, inspiration found in each others, these were the thoughts of our co-workers from MAZCOT when they brought to life DHP Residency at the heart of the residential area in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
A perfect home where to enjoy the incentives and benefits of the free zone of this amazing metropolis, close to Dubai International Airport and the Business District. The ‘DHP Residency’ features numerous amenities offering tenants a much-needed break from their hectic work lives. Overflow type swimming pool with sandstone coping and large ceramic mosaics, marble, granite, redundant areas landscaped to provide a good look and feel, top class multi-purpose hall for group yoga sessions, hosting birthday parties, dinners or for any other purpose, LED lit parking for each apartment with easy access in the building, 24h maintenance service available. Tech and people all linked together in the same place. A good community.
A moment of hesitation may cause you a lifetime of regrets. Why wasting time asking yourself Should, Would, Could? It’s so much more satisfying to smile while saying “Did”. I did move in DHP Residency.
