Approved by RTA – The electronic measuring system Touch of our partner’s SPANESI has been approved by the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai
The fifth staging of IBIS – the International Bodyshop Industry Symposium –, the world’s leading collision repair conference provider, delivered presentations and sessions from a broad range of speakers, covering the issues that impact the industry now and in the future. The show took place on 21st February, at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, with the participation of well known brands of this industry and lead partners of this event, among them SPANESI, partner of AL MAZROUI PAINTS DIVISION in UAE.
The conference has been as always a source of high-level information and market analysis, driven and animated by speakers who shared the knowledge, ideas and opinions of the stakeholders, and a reception offered incomparable networking opportunities and presentations.
The agenda targeted topics such as Future influences and trends on the collision repair market, The impact of regulations and standards on the Middle-East body repair market, Creating a better future with shared aims and vision or Developing motor claims with technology.

The electronic measuring system Touch and the universal jig system represent the most advanced and reliable system for extremely precise and fast repair. For this reason, RTA (the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai) has approved the Touch measuring system as a tool to certify the safety of the car after the repair process.
On the other hand, presented in 2017, the innovative program “SPANESI 360 Concept” provides the total supply of the internal spaces (offices, reception, car delivery area) and the exterior spaces of the building, such as the front and the areas dedicated to parking. Not only equipment, but also design: the goal of this futuristic project is to remove the commonplace that shows the bodyshop as a dirty and unwelcoming environment, to make it instead a beautiful, clean and comfortable place.
The presentations and networking have been led at the reception by Mr. Carloalberto Dalan (Export Area Manager, Spanesi) and Mr. Alexander Bell (General Manager Al Mazroui Trading & General Services- Paints Division).
