What can be more enjoyable than sharing your experience with young people willing to learn directly from specialists about the 'secrets' of work in oil and gas fields, out of school boundaries?

Such an occasion is Young ADIPEC, an educational program designed to win the hearts and minds of today’s youth and highlight the wealth and diversity of opportunities within the oil and gas industry, which we have been supporting as Sponsors since its creation back in 2013.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development and fully supported by Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC), we had the honor to stand up again for its 4th edition this November.

Mr. Saaed Al Mazroui joined the students and their high-official guests in the Youth Forum, encouraging the young participants to continue study and even to apply later on for internships that our Group is offering.

For 4 days, through the assistance of our subsidiary company Al Mazroui Engineering, local partner in UAE for this program developed in Italy, we did our best for bringing to the knowledge of the young delegations from ADIPEC schools a new approach of learning by bespoke interactive 3D applications in VR format for training, aimed at developing competencies needed for field operations.
And because all's well that ends well, we were very happy to see again the young smiles behind which you could guess the satisfaction of learning new things and motivation of continuing deepening and revealing the 'secrets' of engineering.
