Eid Giving Northern Emirates A CSR initiative of THE One
Good things happen to good people and small warm-hearted gestures can bring joy and smiles on the faces of the simple ones grunted by worries but who still get the best of their lives.
With these thoughts in their minds and feelings in their hearts, after raising funds through selling raffle tickets, more than 50 Onederworkers from THE One Northern Emirates stores distributed the gift bags to car cleaners of Dubai.
Heartstrings filled the souls both of the organizers and the receivers. Let’s listen to how they expressed their feelings in few testimonies:
"Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It's about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire team-mates and customers and THE One is inspiring the world one life at a time. THE One family is showing other competitors how leaders change lives. The Northern emirates tribe did the same on 03/09/2017 as they gave a way goody bags for construction workers as of the CSR project. It might seem little in someone’s eye’s but it’s not how much you do it’s the thought that matters and everyone who was there had the purest thought’s. “Wow it was an amazing experience being a part and got to volunteer a CSR organized by Jumeirah, MOE and WAFI. Helping 80 Car wash guys working in Jumeirah parking area with the Goodie Bags helping the needy is what we all believe in as a part of our CSR. Especially for us being a part of Northern Emirates coming all the way from Ras Al Khaimah and do this participation was really a good experience. Got to see many Tribes from Northern side and some new faces feel so happy, energetic huddle also with fun games, positive vibes in that ambience with all of us together as a strong and fun loving Tribes. Got to catch with colleagues haven’t seen them for a while. Would like to thank Marion for inviting us to be a part of it. Really appreciate for organizing this Event for CAUSE. For me it was the first time visit to Jumeirah Branch I felt so happy will never forget the moment I had shared with this CSR being held in Jumeirah :)” Rufus, THE One Basics RAK
