More Security, Better Communication

The VoiceBridge is a new, hygienic, safe and flexible solution especially made for acrylic glass walls and cabins in pharmacies, medical practices, stores and supermarkets. In order to make communication as easy as possible in any environment despite masks, safety distance and protective walls, WHD has equipped its VoiceBridge with the latest technology. The intercom system enables clear and safe communication without speaking loudly or bypassing the protective wall. The risk of infection through droplet infection is thus reduced.

Developed in April 2020, there are already thousands of units on the market, making secure and clear communication possible for customers and employees alike. In the UAE, the VoiceBridge is distributed by Al Mazroui ICAS, a company of the Al Mazroui Group.

Easy Installation

The installation and start-up are very simple. The VoiceBridge consists of two microphone units, which can be easily attached to any acrylic protective wall with a double-sided adhesive tape. The fully automatic intercom system for easy retrofitting does not require any complex installation or integration into other systems and networks. Attach, plug in, speak!

The battery capacity of approximately 11 hours in continuous operation and a range of movement of 5 to 10 meters give maximum freedom. It allows to stay in contact with customers without interruption whilst providing optimal service. Employees and customers communicate effortlessly, clearly and securely, even with mouth protection and strong background noise, thanks to integrated acoustic echo cancellation technology and noise reduction technology. Last August, WHD developed Bluetooth sets allowing employees to be audible even when they have to move. With the new Bluetooth headset, speech clarity and communication are now possible at all times.
